‘Encountering Mercy’ is an inspiring three-day event located in the heart of Aspen, presented by Aspen Catholic.
Seeing the great need for mercy and healing in the world, Pope Francis has called for the Year of Mercy—a special period, also known as a Holy Year or Jubilee Year, for the Catholic Church. It is a time for you to focus on the Lord’s forgiveness and healing in your life and to respond to Pope Francis’ call to engage the world with its message of mercy. Over the course of three days we will hear from dynamic speakers, experience the beauty of nature, and deepen our relationship with God.
The 3-day Encountering Mercy event will be packed with exciting presentations and intentional time for restoration and relaxation. It will be a rich and sacramental experience with others on the journey on the journey of faith. Below is an overview of the weekend. Scroll over each section for more details.
